It's likely that at any given time some of the following links may be
unavailable, and some of the data may be incomplete. However, I've found
all of the following quite useful.

This site has solar flux values measured every hour, from a variety of
observatories.
Data are given for today and yesterday, at frequencies of 245, 410, 610,
1415, 2695, 2800, 4995, 8800 and 15400 MHz. Not all frequencies are
available at all hours.
